El restaurante el Agua, también conocido como Carmen del Agua está en pleno Albaycin, muy cerca del mirador de San Nicolás. Quizá sea un poco complicado encontrarlo, pero es recomendable ir en taxi o transporte público y os pueden indicar.
La especialidad son las fondues de ternera, pollo, cerdo, mixta, fondue de quesos, etc... , todo tipo de vinos, tablas de ibéricos o quesos, patés y las ensaladas.






Para el postre recomiendo una fondue de chocolate, con frutas y dulces.
Os recomiendo acudir por la noche y en verano o primavera, porque tiene unas vistas impresionantes a la Alhambra.
Se debe reservar con bastante tiempo de antelación, pues es un delito no cenar en la terraza, si es posible en una de las esquinas, con aire fresco y mejores vistas.

LO PEOR: Según se mire. Hay gente que dice que tardan un poco en servir, pero está siempre lleno. La idea es cenar, tranquilidad, disfrutar sin prisas........................, el precio es asequible para el lugar en el que te encuentras; unos 20-25 euros por persona. Es difícil encontrar un taxi para la vuelta...

Restaurante situado a unos 30 Km de Granada.
En su tarjeta se define como Rincón de la buena mesa, cocina de autor, mercado, mediterránea e Internacional.
Es otro lugar especial, que aporta algo y te hace volver.
Está, como dije en una Villa cercana a Granada. No tiene pérdida, pues es una salida de la A92 ( Salida 220 Peñuelas-Castillo de Tajarja ). En ese pueblecito tienen su casa y a su vez restaurante Don Miguel y Doña Celia, los cuales te invitan literalmente al comedor de su casa.

Don Miguel es un gran cocinero, que ha trabajado en los mejores restaurantes de España y Francia.
El restaurante tiene muy pocas mesas, lo que obliga a reservar infinitamente antes. Y eso es lo peculiar, pocas mesas y pocos clientes, lo que permite un trato especial. Quedé fascinado cuando Don Miguel se sentó en nuestra mesa y se puso a charlar con nosotros.
Os recomiendo dejar elegir al chef una degustación de lo que a él le apetezca, que seguro que acertará. Las 2 veces que estuve preparó platos e x q u i s i t o s. El foie de pato es lo mejor, judías con perdiz......................................................................................
Es "barato" para los platos que sirven.Lo recomiendo para días especiales.

It is, as I said in Villa near Granada. You would take an exit of the A92 (Exit 220 Peñuelas-Castillo de Tajarja). In that villa live Mr. Miguel and Mrs. Celia, who invite to you literally to the dining room of their house.

Mr. Miguel is a great cook, who has worked in the best restaurants of Spain and France.
The restaurant has very few tables, which forces to reserve infinitely before. And that is the peculiar thing, few tables and few clients, which allows a special treatment. I was fascinated when Mr. Miguel seated in our table and chat with us.
I recommend to let to you choose the chef a tasting of which to him it desires, who surely he will guess right. The 2 times that I was it prepared plates and x q u i s i t or s. The foie of duck is best, the Jewish thing with perdiz ......................................................................................
He is “cheap” for the plates that serve. I recommend it for special days.
