El restaurante el Agua, también conocido como Carmen del Agua está en pleno Albaycin, muy cerca del mirador de San Nicolás. Quizá sea un poco complicado encontrarlo, pero es recomendable ir en taxi o transporte público y os pueden indicar.
La especialidad son las fondues de ternera, pollo, cerdo, mixta, fondue de quesos, etc... , todo tipo de vinos, tablas de ibéricos o quesos, patés y las ensaladas.






Para el postre recomiendo una fondue de chocolate, con frutas y dulces.
Os recomiendo acudir por la noche y en verano o primavera, porque tiene unas vistas impresionantes a la Alhambra.
Se debe reservar con bastante tiempo de antelación, pues es un delito no cenar en la terraza, si es posible en una de las esquinas, con aire fresco y mejores vistas.

LO PEOR: Según se mire. Hay gente que dice que tardan un poco en servir, pero está siempre lleno. La idea es cenar, tranquilidad, disfrutar sin prisas........................, el precio es asequible para el lugar en el que te encuentras; unos 20-25 euros por persona. Es difícil encontrar un taxi para la vuelta...
